A 3 bedroom house 1 and 1/2 bath, located about 3 miles from churchill down. 1 story house full kitchen. welcome to use my dishs and anything you may need while you are staying. Parking in front and back of the house. Friendly neighborhood. Close to wal-mart, fast food ect..
Terms: Available any time and may rent the house for up to two weeks. I am available to meet before this event. 50% due upfront and other 50% due upon arrival. NO REFUNDS. I am looking for honest people that will respect my home. You may have pets just bring own pet bowls. You may due laundry. use my dishs, towels, bed sheets ect..
