East Atlantic Beach (EAB) is an island community adjacent to Long Beach, NY . The island is off the south shore of Long Island between Rockaway and Jones Beach. The island is about ¼ wide and 10 miles long. The “Beach House” is one block from the beach, which is private (residents only). The Long Island Railroad is 2 miles down the road and provides easy access to Penn Station (NYC) and the US Open Tennis event. The house has 4 bedrooms (2 queen/2 full), 3 baths, full kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace and office area. Also, upper and lower decks with gas grills and large fully fenced in yard. Washer/dryer and cable included. Minimum 3 night stay with discounted rates for additional nights; flexible dates before/after the event. 50% payment upfront, 50% due upon arrival (plus security deposit).
